He was predeceased by: his parents, Garret Richter and Hertha Richter; his sister Georgie Roberts; and also Sandra Richter. He is survived by: his nephew Robert Roberts (Bonnie) of Kermit; his niece Kayla Roberts; his son Harvey Richter, Jr.; his wife Deanna Richter of Fowlerton; his grandchildren, Russell Richter (Kristy) of Victoria, Ricky Richter (Tina) of Tilden, Robin Evans (David) of Victoria, Joey Richter (Francis) of Tilden and Reagan Richter (Allison) of Victoria; and also David Richter (Linda) of Cotulla. He is also survived by nine great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
