We are sad to announce that on February 12, 2021, at the age of 73, Rex Milton Huston of Throckmorton, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Florence Huston (Parrott) and Orval Huston of Throckmorton, Texas.; his brother Reuel Huston; and his pet Miss Kitty. He is survived by: his son Cody Huston (Mandy Huston) of Throckmorton, Texas; his grandchildren, MaKynnah Kellison of Wichita Falls, Cheyanne Huston of Wichita Falls and Jase Huston of Burleson, Texas; his great grandchildren, Avery Kellison and Logan Travis of Wichita Falls, Texas.; his brother Raymond Cecil Huston (Rae Jeanne Huston) of Plano, Texas.; his nephews, Rob Huston (Peggy Huston) and Justin Huston; and his niece Melissa Cramer.

Memorials can be given in Rex's name to a charity of your choice.

“I knew Rex when I lived in Wichita Falls in the 80's. Such a genuinely nice person. I was just telling a friend of mine that I knew one of the writers of "Famous Last Words of a Fool". I googled him to maybe make contact after all these years and his obituary came up. It made me so sad to hear of his passing. I know the family will miss him. Rest assured that friends from his past have not forgotten him and have fond memories. My since condolences to his family. Mandy Vinson”
