He was predeceased by: his parents, Ima Faye (Cook) and Sidney Alvin Otts; his children, Shirley Jean Otts and Alvin Wayne Otts; his great grandchild Mikaela Reynolds; and his brothers, Granville Otts and Jimmy Otts.
He is survived by: his wife Dessie Otts (Bingham) of Throckmorton; his children, Bonnie Beene (Stanley) of Woodson and Jimmy Otts (Jackie) of Dalhart; his grandchildren, April Reynolds (Jack) of Azle, Stephanie Beene of Woodson, Jessica Barkley of Amarillo and Jeremy Barkley (Jennifer) of Amarillo; his great grandchildren, Jackson Reynolds of Azle, Ethan Barkley of Amarillo and Mackenzie Barkley of Amarillo; and his brother Bobby Otts of Alvarado.
Memorials may be given in Louie's name to the Throckmorton EMS, Throckmorton VFD, and the Woodson VFD.
