He was predeceased by: his parents, Ophie Lee and Dewey Spears III. He is survived by: his sisters, Marjorie Ann (Gary), Lois Dean and Betsy Moreland of Young County; his wife Lois Dean; his brother-in-law Bud Moreland; his in-laws, Roy and Clara Moreland; his niece Debbie Moreland Clark; his children, Ted (Rita) and Betty Ann (Mike Blake); his nieces and nephews, Mary Lee Shelton, Janice Hirsch, Kerry, Kevin Willingham and Johnnie Moreland; his grandsons, Ladd Spears, Luke (Kayla Spears) and Boston (Lauren Blake); and his great grandchildren, Teddy, Michael, Henry, Lois Spears and Cooper Blake.
