He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Glen Stout and Annette Franklin (Oldham); his children, Katie Stout of London, England and Harley Glen Stout of Atlanta, Georgia; his sisters, Lynna Ray (Charles) of Springlake, Texas and Cindy Bentch (Ron) of Columbia, Missouri; his uncle Harley Oldham; and his aunt Bobbie Bailey of Olney, Texas. He was also cherished by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

In lieu of flowers the family would appreciate donations in Bobby's name to the Throckmorton Senior Citizens.
