He is survived by: his wife Maria Rita Ruiz of Three Rivers; his son Eddie Ruiz of Three Rivers; and his siblings, Roberto Ruiz, Joe Ruiz, Mike Ruiz and Leonor Ruiz. He is also survived by three grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
