We bid farewell to Raul G. Ortiz of Three Rivers, Texas, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on December 2, 2024 at the age of 85. Raul touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Abel Ortiz and Ysmenia Garcia Ortiz; his sisters, Elida Padilla and Alice Valdez; and his daughter-in-law Sandra Ortiz.
He is survived by: his wife Amalia Ortiz; his children, Raul Ortiz Jr. (Karen), Jacob Ortiz (Consuelo) and Debbie Carbajal (David); his grandchildren, Krystal Broussard (David), David Carbajal Jr., Michelle Ortiz (Parker), Jaclynn Ortiz and Derek Ortiz; his great grandchildren, Emily Broussard, Michael Broussard and Luke Broussard; and his brothers, Richard Ortiz (Lydia), Martin Ortiz (Mae), Abelardo Ortiz (Elvira) and Noe Ortiz (Maria). He is also survived by 1 Sister Bertha Diaz Numerous nephews, nieces, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Church of Christ's. Texas Blvd (1396 Morningside Dr, Alice, TX 78332). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Church of Christ On's.
