She was predeceased by: her parents, Herminio Barrios and Pasquela Barrios (Gonzalez); her husband Claudio Cantu Sr.; her grandson Michael DeLuna; and her great grandchild Carlos Luke Cantu.
She is survived by: her children, Leeroy Cantu (Debra) of Victoria, Claudio Cantu, Jr. (Linda) of Three Rivers, Joe Cantu (Tracy) of Corpus Christi, Carlos Cantu (Cathy) of Victoria, Texas, RosaLinda Deluna (Mike) of Three Rivers and Mary Helen Cantu of San Antonio; and her siblings, Rogelio Barrios of Sinton, Anita Sandoval of Sinton and Marcela Silgerio of Port Lavaca. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-granddaughter.
