He was predeceased by: his parents, John Albert and Lola Ammann (Armke); his wife Kaye; and his siblings, Gordon Ammann and Joyce Dechert (Ammann).
He is survived by: his children, Stephen Ammann (Beverly) of George West and Katherine "Kandy" Alexander (Alan) of Iola, Texas.; his grandchildren, Shannon Calaway (Jacob) of Cypress, Andrew Alexander (Lauren) of Edna, Lindsey Ammann Royal (Jayson) of George West, Kyle Ammann of George West, Kristi Bradley (Ernest) of San Antonio and Shaun Alexander; and his great grandchildren, Cooper, Donovan, Brenna Calaway, Corbin, Kyndall Royal and Danielle Bradley.
