He was predeceased by: his parents, Aniesto Saenz and Juanita Saenz (Carreon); his sons, Ricky Saenz and Steve Saenz; and his granddaughter Leslie Denise Saenz.
He is survived by: his wife Diana Saenz of Three Rivers; his children, Mary Saenz of San Antonio, Carol Garcia of Three Rivers and Wayne Saenz of New Mexico; and his siblings, Consuelo Amaya of Houston, Dolores Rodriguez of Three Rivers, Felipa Hernandez of San Antonio, Joe Saenz of George West, Albert Saenz of Three Rivers and Victor Saenz of Pleasanton. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren along with numerous nieces and nephews, family and friends.
