Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Glynda Matthews (Three Rivers, Texas), born in Harlingen, Texas, who passed away at the age of 90, on December 19, 2019. She was predeceased by: her parents, Norman Ellis and Ruby Ellis; and her brother Johnny Englerth. She is survived by: her husband Moore Matthews Jr. of Three Rivers; her sons, Moore Matthews III (Debby) of Fort Worth, Dan R. Matthews (Becky) of Costa Rica and David Matthews (Kay) of Salado; her brother Carl Englerth (Cynthia) of New Braunfels; and her grandsons, Matt Matthews, Danny Matthews, Jeff Matthews, David Matthews, Carl Shepard, Brian Shepard, Mike Bianchi, Adam Mitchell, Chris Bahnmiller and Buddy Tautenhahn. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
