He was predeceased by: his parents, Margaret Alice Caldwell and Freddie William Etter (Bill Caldwell Sr.); and also Kelly Caldwell. He is survived by: his wife Melanie Ingram Etter; and his siblings, Caroline Estes, Bill Caldwell Jr., Lonnie Caldwell, Ty Caldwell, Crista Harrison and Jared Brown. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
