He was predeceased by: his parents, Edna Turner and Johnie Turner; his sister Juanita Newsome; and his wife Wilma Faye Turner. He is survived by: his brother John Earl Turner; his children, Jan Lawrence and Gordon; his daughter-in-law Nancy Turner; his daughter Judy; his son-in-law Lucian Williams; his grandchildren, Shaunna Buxton, Josh Turner, Travis Turner, Calli Rackauskas, Cody Bass, Matthew Williams and Sarah Anderson; and his great grandchildren, Abby Buxton, Lane Buxton, Brooks Buxton, Layton Bass, Brayden Turner, Brantley Turner and Presley Bass.
