It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gary Francis Morris of Thornton, Texas, born in Port Arthur, Texas, who passed away on January 26, 2024, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred B. Morris and Betty Morris (Duprie); and his brother Fred Jude Morris. He is survived by: his wife Beverly Morris; his daughter Amber; his son-in-law Tristan Browne of Weatherford; his son Clint; his daughter-in-law Erin Morris of Austin; his grandchildren, Mia Browne, Dane Browne of Weatherford, Ella Morris and Carter Morris of Austin; his brother PJ; his sister-in-law Mary Morris of Beaumont; his sister Robyn; his siblings-in-law, Dan Hebert of Bridge City and Frankie Sue Morris of Port Neches; and his nieces and nephews, Shanda Bailey (Andrew Beam) of Pearland, Carrie (Kerry Strong) of Nederland, Marcie Hebert of Bridge City, Elliott (Nicole Morris) of College Station and Emily Morris of Beaumont. He is also survived by family members and friends.
