She was predeceased by: her parents, Quincy Surber and Mattie Dillon Surber; and her husband J. B.. She is survived by: her former husband John Bruce Johnson (J. B.); her son John David (Kimberly Ann); her grandson John Garrett; and her sisters-in-law, Gladys Johnson and Bertha Marie Keller. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
