He was predeceased by: his wife Kathleen Herzog; his mother Virginia Nell Hard; his stepmother Britta Herzog; his brother Larry Herzog; his parents-in-law, Dolores and Thomas Cassin; his nephews, BJ Herzog and Jordy Herzog; and his brother-in-law Jimmy Bradshaw.
He is survived by: his children, Jonathan Herzog (Laura), Jason Herzog (Ashley) and Andrea Perrin (Derek); his grandchildren, Hayden, Parker, James, Olivia and Hannah; his father Glenn Herzog; and his siblings, Terry Herzog, Linda Bradshaw and Bobby Herzog. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
