We are sad to announce that on June 13, 2020, at the age of 84, Hermon Atkins of Thorndale, Texas, born in Madison, Florida passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Jefferson and Fairrie Mae Atkins (Simmons); and his siblings, Calvin Simons, Emar Cantrell and Adetha Kern.
He is survived by: his wife Betty; and his children, Carl Atkins (Betty), Ernie Atkins (Susan), Al Atkins, Curtis Atkins (Daphene) and Lisa Heck (Mitchell). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
