She was predeceased by: her parents, Lydia Rieger and Emil Bachmayer; her husband Ewald Walter Schroeder; her son Charles Schroeder; and her siblings, Verna Mae Harwood, Nelda Boney (Short), Emil Bachmayer (Sonny), Eleanor Bearden (Babe) and LeeRoy Bachmayer (Junior).

She is survived by: her grandson Charles; her daughter Diana Jones; her daughter-in-law Bonnie Schroeder; and her grandchildren, Brent Walker (Melissa), Vicki Miertschin (Keith), Christopher Walker (Elaine), Chuck Schroeder (Erin), Steven Schroeder, Kevin Schroeder and Omega Graninger. She is also survived by 10 great grandchildren; and 3 great great grandchildren.
