He was predeceased by: his parents, Winnie Graham Brackin and Yancy Monroe Brackin; his wife Annie Margaret Tanner Brackin; and his great grandchild Brexlyn Margaret Foster. He is survived by: his children, Gina Agnew (David) and Yancy Darrell Brackin, Jr. (Kara); his grandchildren, Dustin Foster (Ashley), Logan Foster, Kailey Foster (Isaac Foster) and Lindsey Brackin; his great grandchild Aria Blake Foster; his cousin Zaiden James Foster; and his sister Adalyn Foster. He is also survived by his family and friends.
