He is survived by: his wife Annette Longwith of Spring, TX; his stepmother Martha Longwith of Cordell, OK; his children, Megan Keith of Blanchard, OK, Jerry Karban (Heather) of Murrieta, CA, David Karban of Del City, OK and Steven Karban (Jennifer) of Portage, IN; his siblings, Keith Longwith (Meyette) of Arvada, CO and Karen Maxwell of Littleton, CO; his stepbrother Greg Kilgore (Wendy) of Cordell, OK; his grandchildren, Jessica Karban, James Karban, Krista Karban, Caiden Keith, Kayce Karban, DJ Karban and Kenzie Karban; and also Brenna Longwith of Highlands Ranch, CO. He is also survived by numerous other extended family members and friends.
