He is survived by: his wife Becky; his children, Dave Thomas (Sarah) and Greta Madison (Scott); his brothers, Bill Thomas (Leslee) and Bob Thomas; his sister-in-law Donna Bonnell; his nephews, John Bonnell (Bevin), Andrew Bonnell (Vara), Ryan Bonnell (Dawn) and Kent Thomas (Amber); and his grandchildren, Tom and Ruth.
