He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Lee Fogarty and Maurice "Scottie" Fogarty; and his sister Mary Linda Therber (Lonnie). He is survived by: his wife Martha Fogarty; his children, Sean (Alison), Mark (Jessica) and Krystal; his grandchildren, Zoey, Connor and Derek; and his brothers, Michael (Leigh), Terry and Thomas (Paula).

He and his brother knights held a virtual rosary that started as a devotion during covid that endures today.

In lieu of flowers the family welcomes donations to Kolbe Prison Ministry: In the memo section of a check please write in "Remembrance of Patrick Fogarty".
