With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Dennis Eugene Pomonis (The Woodlands, Texas), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 29, 2025 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Johnny Pomonis; his siblings, Sidney Pomonis and Beryl Lucia; his niece Joy Castro; and his grandparents, Annie Bell Wenckens and Oscar Wenckens.
He is survived by: his mother Elsie Wenckens; his wife Karen Pomonis; his children, Misti Campbell and Andy Rhodes; his siblings, Bobbie Flower, Barbara Crowe, Elsie Castro and Garry Pomonis; his grandsons, Cody, Michael and Joey Campbell; and his great grandchildren, Kenny and Abigail Campbell.
Visitation was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Forest Park the Woodlands Funeral Home (18000 I-45, The Woodlands, TX 77384). A funeral Mass was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Sts. Simon and Jude Catholic Parish (26777 Glen Loch Dr, The Woodlands, TX 77381). A reception was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
