He was predeceased by: his parents, Mabel Gregory and Phillip Leach; and his siblings, James and Melba. He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Koontz; his children, Jeff (Jill), Cheryl (Chris Buskirk), Karen Leach (Eric Lacey) and Jason (Leslie); his grandchildren, Brandon (Gina), Blake (Barbara), Courtney (Drew), David, Jonathan, Jeremy (Cat), Jentry, Jessie and Evie; his great grandchildren, Nora and Lydia; and his siblings, Robert, Don, Tami and Geneva.
