Smithart, Karrie Dawn O'Casey, Kade O'Casey, Shannon Cathy and Jacob Stewart; her great grandchildren, Jordan Birdsell, Serenity Smithart, Ethan Smithart, Elijah Smithart, Emilee Smithart, Marlee Grace Cathy, Lane Ryder Cathy and Rylie Dawn Noble; and her great great grandchild Amelia Coy (Birdsell).
