He is survived by: his spouse Marguerite (Marge); his sisters, Rita and Marian; his children, Charles B. Weixelbaum (Chas), Cindy Keene, Elizabeth A. (Betsy), Harvey Balik, Richard E. (Rick) and Jane Weixelbaum; his grandchildren, Charles Taylor, Rachel Mahelona, Brandon Balik and Alana Keesler; his great grandchild Ava Gill; and also Howard.
