He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Samuel Reagan and Vera Jeannette Reagan (Davis); his siblings, Vicki Smithson Bush and Billy Joe Reagan; his great grandchild Jocelynn Steen; his parents-in-law, Cliff Marshall and Alma Marshall; his siblings-in-law, Larry Smithson, Jimmy Marshall, Elaine Reagan and Laverne Burton; and his niece Lori Mcinnis.

He is survived by: his wife Mildred Sue Reagan (Marshall) of Texline, Texas.; his daughters, Kathy Sue McGee (Duane) of Sahuarita and Paula Ann Steen (Caroll) of Texline, Texas.; and his grandchildren, Shawna Garcia (Eugene "Geno") of Sahuarita, Dustin McGee (Carolyn) of Sahuarita, Christopher Albert (Danielle) of Texline, Texas., Caleb Steen of Texline, Texas. and Daniel Steen (Felicia) of Texline, Texas..
