He was predeceased by: his parents, Angelo Lera (Sonny) and Eugenia Lera; and his sisters, Barbara and Bonnie. He is survived by: his wife Sue Lera; his son Michael Lera (Tanya); his sister Joan Ryan; his grandchildren, Nicole, Sarah and Michael; and his great grandchildren, Connor, Ezra and Kiah. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Crowder Funeral Home (401 Texas Ave, La Marque, TX 77568).
