He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Mae Burney (Ketchum) and James Wallace Burney; and his sister Karla Rae Smith. He is survived by: his wife Melissa; his daughter Codi Burney Stepanski (Corby); his stepsons, Ross Eaves and Ryan Eaves (Chrissy); and his grandchildren, Kennedi Stepanski, Skylar Stepanski, Sydney Stepanski, Cooper Eaves, Claire Eaves and Brooks Eaves.
