He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Wytovak and Bessie Wytovak; his wife Charlene Wytovak; his siblings, Joyce Butler and Albert Wytovak; and his nephew Danny Self.
He is survived by: his son Joseph "Joey" Wytovak (Shirley); his grandchildren, Jeremy Wytovak (Vicki) of Stephanie Hoover, D. J, Bethany Smith, JC Bertram, Sisily Musser and Jennifer Hartsfield; his niece Roxy Landry (Jon); his nephew Doug Self (Debbie); and his caregivers, Dawn McLawchlin and Susan Duvall.
