He is survived by: his wife Mary Jo Derden; his sons, James Gregory Derden, Jason Scott Derden, David Mason (Becky) and Richard Mason; his sisters, Maureen Masters and Suzy Weiss; his sister-in-law Donna Derden; and his grandchildren, Nicholas Derden (Malissa), Kaitlan Cox (Curtis), Logan Quinn (Marcus), Kyle Eberlan (Torie), Rhee Mason (Joe Ray) and Lauren Atkinson (Evan). He is also survived by 14 great grandchildren.
