He was predeceased by: his parents, James Harper and Thelma Harper; his brother Danny Harper; his grandfathers, Henry and Kenny Taylor; his brother-in-law Jerome Mitchell; his parents-in-law, Tommy and Marian Hildenbrand; his brother-in-law Tommy Hildenbrand, Jr.; and his close friend Bill Selman.
He is survived by: his nephew Kevin Mitchell; his wife Susan Harper; his daughters, Nikki Ashcraft (Heath) and Julie Rohling (Christopher); his sister Janice Taylor (Dave); his aunt Jean Marceaux; his sisters-in-law, Terry Condon (Sean) and Phyllis Hildenbrand; and his grandchildren, Cheyenne Rohling, Sophia Rohling, Lexi Ashcraft and Ava Ashcraft.
