With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Herbert Joseph Banuelos Jr. of Texas City, Texas, born in Galveston, Texas, who passed away on March 27, 2024 at the age of 63. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert J. Banuelos Sr. (Doris Garcia Banuelos) and Herb; and his sister Teresa Banuelos. He is survived by: his children, Lorilea Salazar (Cyrus Fields), Samantha McIntyre (Samuel), Elizabeth Banuelos, Herbert J. Banuelos III and Sonny Banuelos (Shannon); his stepson Matthew Valdez; his grandchildren, Cyrina, Carsyn "Cub" Fields, Grace, Sean Banuelos, Jayden and Mila McIntyre; his former wives, Jackie Phillips Banuelos and Jessie Denney Banuelos; and his siblings, Diane Harkrider (Mike), John Banuelos, Michael Banuelos and Monica Banuelos. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.
