He is survived by: his wife Betty Winn; his children, Linda Burns of Baytown, Texas and Charles Winn (Liz) of Tyler, Texas; his great grandchildren, James McClellan (Rachelle), Amanda Strickland, Rebecca Maroney (Jason), Jessica Meadows Beard (Cory), Joy Perez (Michael), Laci Nalley Willians (Kareem), Carmen Bobinger (Jim), Cassie Patterson (Sam) and Hailey Winn; and also, Kohner, Addison, Cameron, Collin, Ashlyn, Daylen, Gavin, Maggie, Oscar, Olivia, Sofia, Austin Perez, Bryce Cashet, Parker Huntley, Olliver and Blake. He is also survived by son.
