He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, McShell Andrews-Vann and George McNeal II (Diane); his grandparents, Saul and Annie Lee Andrews; his cousin George McNeal Sr. Michelle Smith (Vale McNeal); his aunts and uncles, Willie Lee Ford, Chester Lee Smith, Nadine Smith and Janice G. Vaughn; his children, Shakur Richardson-McNeal, Yvette L. McNeal and Ezekiel G. McNeal; his granddaughter Kymoni McNeal; his siblings, Shamika Andrews, Barry Tezeno Jr. (Vanessa), Anna Tezeno, Stacy Papillion (Anthony), Kendrick McNeal, Christian Ellis, Shahesha Brown, Cyhebie McNeal, Jamal McNeal, Olajuwon Smith and La Treva Green; and his close friends, Anthony Ellis (Elneza) and Anthony Dupree (Maria).
