He is survived by: his wife Rachel Reyna Ramirez Rocha of Texas City, TX; his siblings, Cynthia (Rick Garcia) of Arlington, Ruben (Rozelle) of McKinney, TX and Abel James (Theresa) of Pearland; his children, Lori Preston (Danny) of League City, TX and Dan Rocha of Tomball; and his close friend Loving Husband. He is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.
