He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Don Welch and Martha Welch; his wife Susan; his children, Tamarah (Pedro), Aaron and Andrew (Victoria); his stepdaughter Abbie (Robert); and his brothers, Scott (Deborah) and Steven (Stacey). He was also cherished by six grandchildren, and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 27th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Memorial Lutheran and First Presbyterian Hybrid Church (2021 29th St N, Texas City, TX 77590). A funeral service will be held on Friday, December 27th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
