Daniel Lew Auzenne Sr. Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Daniel Lew Auzenne Sr. of Texas City, Texas, who passed away on November 4, 2024 at the age of 64. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his mother Wilda Auzenne; and his brother Joseph Auzenne. He is survived by: his children, Damien Derouen of La Marque, Daniel "DJ" Auzenne, Jr. of San Antonio, Brandon Robinson of Texas City, Texas, Danielle Auzenne of Baytown, Donisha Robinson, Angel Robinson of Texas City, Iyiana Myers of Baytown and Star Myers of Houston, Texas.; and his siblings, Elizabeth "Betty" Compton Auzenne of Galveston, Diane Hill Kennesaw (James) of Georgia, Patsy Tolden of Texas City, Ellen Smith of Freeport, Bobbie James Phifer of Cedar Park, Texas, Carl Auzenne (Erma) of Grand Prairie and Gene Auzenne (Eloise) of Hurst, Texas. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews and other cherished relatives.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 from 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM at the St. Mary of the Miraculous Medal Catholic Church (1604 9th Ave N, Texas City, TX 77590). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 at 9:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, November 19th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Hayes Grace Memorial Park Cemetery (10708 Hwy 6, Santa Fe, TX 77563).
