He is survived by: his wife Melvia Tipton; his children, Kelly Ruivivar, Daniel Tipton (Sue), Rodney Hughes (Christy) and Marcus Tipton (Kristi); his grandchildren, Nicole Wiltsey (Zeke), Andrea LeGros, Adison Tipton, Brinlee Tipton and Landry Tipton; his great grandchildren, Zion, Zelia, Zeriah, Ezlyn and Elsey Wiltsey; and his nieces, Carrie Stirling and Andria Stewart.
