He is survived by: his sister Susan Procell; his grandson Hogan Mitchell; and his children, Travis Blake Mitchell (Carol), Piper Doubleday (Michael), Taylor Mitchell Doyle (Rand) and Molly Mitchell Thurston (Robert). He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
