She was predeceased by: her parents, Aline Smith and Maurice Smith; her husband Austin Whiteside; her daughter Cindy Tyree; and her siblings, Doris Olsen, Raymond Smith and Walter Smith.
She is survived by: her sons, Gary Whiteside (Lori) and Terry Whiteside (Sabrina); her son-in-law John Tyree; and her siblings-in-law, Jimmy Don Whiteside (Peggy), Betty Whiteside and Marilyn Smith. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Chapelwood Funeral Home (1015 N Kings Hwy, Nash, TX 75569). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
