He is survived by: his father Ray Tackett; his children, Rachael Serafine, Katie Judkins and Joey Tackett; his sister Rhonda Hodge (Robert); and his grandchildren, Lilly, Ava, Noah and Joey. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
