She was predeceased by: her parents, Stephen Hoffman and Mary Hoffman; and her husband Philip Garofolo. She is survived by: her children, Kenneth Garofolo, Melanie Mulligan (Michael), Frank Garofolo (late Sharon), Phyllis Norton (Nigel), Stephen Garofolo (Leigha) and Tina McKean (Eric).
