With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Jerry Phillips of Texarkana, Texas, born in Texarkana, Arkansas, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 26, 2025 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Grady Phillips and Letho Bell Phillips; and his siblings, Joanne Fultz, Jewel Phillips and Louise Harris.

He is survived by: his wife Jean Phillips; his children, Kim, Norman Summerlin, Karmen, Mitch Cobb and Shannon Yeatman; his brother Lee; and his sister-in-law Jean Phillips. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Jerry loved his mission trips anyone wanting to donate in his honor to Samaritans Purse.
