He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Speaker and Adie Redden Stotts; and his wife Carolyn Stout Stotts. He is survived by: his children, Donna Stotts and Jerry E.'Gene'Stotts (Pam); his grandson Jeremy Shaver; and his brothers, Billy Stotts (Mary Lu) and David Cigainero (Lucille). He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
