He was predeceased by: his parents, William Spencer and Hugh Lee Spencer of Maud, TX.; his brother Bob Spencer; and his niece Stacey Jordan. He is survived by: his wife Mary Spencer; his daughter Katy Spencer; his sisters, Beth Carson of Maud, TX and Maureen; his brother-in-law Charles Walker of Shreveport, LA; his sister Martha; his brother-in-law Jimmy Rogers; his brother Dan; and his sister-in-law Loni Patton of Huntington, IN. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Williams Memorial United Methodist Church (4000 Moores Ln, Texarkana, TX 75503).
