She was predeceased by: her husband James R. Lightner; her parents, Willie Pettigrew (Hatcher) and Paul Pettigrew; her siblings, Virginia Pettigrew Hallinan and Paul G. Pettigrew; her nephew Mark Hallinan; and her niece Joyce Lightner Wheelis.
She is survived by: her daughter Cindy (John L. Sullivan); her grandchildren, Kathryn Mixon (Scott), Elizabeth Hanlon (Christopher) and John R. "Rocky" Sullivan (Kelsi); her great grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Sullivan, Sam, Sarah and Abbey; her nieces and nephews, Jane Collins, Patty Pettigrew, Claudia Aschbrenner, Jeff Pettigrew, Kirk Hallinan, Tim Hallinan, Chris Hallinan, David Aschbrenner, Jerry Lightner and John Lightner; her siblings-in-law, Jackie Pettigrew and Dennis Hallinan; and her cousin Joe Dickerson. She is also survived by daughter, her nieces and nephews and especially, her three grandchildren.
