With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Glen David Davis of Texarkana, Texas, born in Lewisburg, Tennessee, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 1, 2024 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Glen David departs from our midst, his spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Glen David. Though Glen David may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Glen Davis and Mary Ruth Davis. He is survived by: his wife Grace Davis; his children, Kim Mackenzie (Scott) and Will Davis; his grandchildren, John William and Josslyn Mackenzie; his brother Dudley Davis (Sara); and his brother-in-law Eric Emphasis (Maysun). He is also survived by brothers and sisters in-laws, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Texarkana Funeral Home (3515 Texas Blvd, Texarkana, TX 75501). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations to the "Beds for Kids" ministry via Walnut Church of Christ, 2720 Moores Lane, Texarkana TX, 75503.
