She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband David Kelley of Texarkana; and her children, Carley Kelley of Texarkana, Amanda Bailey of Texarkana, Jennifer Dycus of Texarkana, Jamie Story of Texarkana, Rocky Ellinger of Jefferson and Robby Ellinger of Ft. Smith. She was also cherished by twelve grandchildren and a number of other relatives.
