He was predeceased by: his son Douglas Keith White. He is survived by: his wife Kathryn White; and his children, Donald Dewayne White (Francesca) of Baton Rouge, Louisiana and Tana Beth Smith (Eddie). He is also survived by 6 grandchildren; and 3 great-grandchildren.
